Refund policy

At Skydive Skylark, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. Below are our refund and reschedule policies.

Refunds

  • Deposits and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your activity, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your activity, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
  • Skydive Skylark reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or other circumstances.
  • If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time that suits you.

Important Notes

  • Any refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of Skydive Skylark.
  • By booking with or purchasing from Skydive Skylark, you agree to these refund and reschedule policies.
